Managing Attorney

With over 10 years of experience as a litigator and counselor to his clients, Benjamin prides himself on providing highly skilled and efficient legal services to his clients that are intensely focused on achieving their goals and objectives.

Benjamin has represented clients in a wide variety of cases including but not limited to commercial, employment, real estate and personal injury disputes.  He has appeared for his clients in the Federal First Circuit Court of Appeals and Massachusetts Federal District Court, the Massachusetts Appeals Court and state trial courts.  Additionally he has represented clients in Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and American Arbitration Association proceedings, and in front of municipal zoning boards and the Martha's Vineyard Commission.

Benjamin received a Bachelor of Arts from Connecticut College and his Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law.  He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar and is also licensed to practice in the Massachusetts Federal District Court and United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.

Benjamin resides in Concord, Massachusetts with his wife and three children.
